This training plan is designed to carry you through the winter months into the spring, and prepare you for the start of the spring/summer season of training and racing. With this plan being designed specifically for the off season, which includes both base and build phases, it is a suitable plan for road, gravel, and endurance mtb athletes.

10 Week Polarized Base Plan: LINK TO PURCHASE This 10 week Polarized Base Plan is designed for the advanced to intermediate level cyclist looking for big gains in FTP (threshold) and the ability to repeat high power output efforts over a long duration. If you're racing road, gravel or XC MTB this plan will give you the base you need to build towards your strongest season yet.

8 Week Mid Season Build Plan: LINK TO PURCHASE This is an 8-week "build" block of structured training. This plan is ideal for pre or mid-season sharpening. This is ideal for road cyclists, triathletes looking to up their bike fitness, XC MTB riders, and gravel racers looking to add some power to their skill sets. This plan assumes you already have some form of fitness on the bike. This is a BUILD block so sessions will range from easy recovery rides to high intensity sprint drills.

 PERSONALIZED 16-WEEK TRAINING PLAN

The Personalized 16-Week Training Plan can be used to prepare for a specific event (or series of events) or to build towards peak fitness. It includes a one-time consultation call with a coach to determine your goals, training history, ideal volume and any important schedule limitations leading into your target event. After your consultation call, your coach will build a structured training program to maximize your performance on race day. After this initial consultation call and delivery of the plan via TrainingPeaks, there is no additional communication or feedback from your coach.
