PERSONALIZED 16-WEEK TRAINING PLAN

The Personalized 16-Week Training Plan can be used to prepare for a specific event (or series of events) or to build towards peak fitness. It includes a one-time consultation call with a coach to determine your goals, training history, ideal volume and any important schedule limitations leading into your target event. After your consultation call, your coach will build a structured training program to maximize your performance on race day. After this initial consultation call and delivery of the plan via TrainingPeaks, there is no additional communication or feedback from your coach.
