Coaching services

Having an expert coach in your corner to prescribe and monitor your training and recovery has always been the recommended pathway for aspiring or elite-level athletes. 1:1 coaching has been proven to be the most efficient and productive way to maximize your performance on the bike. We develop and deliver a customized training program specific to your goals, schedule, and individual physiology. Communication with your coach holds you accountable. No templates, just performance.

pre-built Training plans

If 1:1 coaching doesn’t fit your needs or budget, the next-best option is to follow along with our pre-built training plans. As with the programming provided in our 1:1 coaching, each training plan is science-based, progressive, and built to integrate with your smart trainer apps, such as Zwift, or can be performed using your Wahoo, Garmin, Bryton, and many other bike computers outdoors or on the trainer.

 

Personalized 16-week training plan

$450

The Personalized 16-Week Training Plan can be used to prepare for a specific event (or series of events) or to build towards peak fitness. It includes a one-time consultation call with a coach to determine your goals, training history, ideal volume, and any important schedule limitations leading into your target event. After your consultation call, your coach will build a structured training program to maximize your performance on race day. After this initial consultation call and delivery of the plan via TrainingPeaks, there is no additional communication or feedback from your coach.

 

Coach Consultation Call

$100 (1-hour)

A one hour consultation call with a coach to advise on training, racing or performance. Ideal for self-coached athletes or athletes following a templated training plan who need some guidance, advice, or an expert pair of eyes. Upon completion of consultation, your coach will provide a high-level summary within 48 hours.

Examples of consultation topics:

  • Season goal review/planning*

  • Race day nutrition/hydration strategy

  • Annual race/event calendar review/planning*

  • Mid training plan check-in

  • Race/Training power file review

*Your coach will work with you during your call to evaluate or develop goals that are meaningful and appropriate to your season/race calendar/etc. The call will not be used to create a structured training plan, but will be discussion around general structure of how to design a season, which training plan(s) would be appropriate, reviewing your progress, or helping you set meaningful goals.
