Endurance by White Pine Athletics is our dedicated global endurance and multisport coaching program. No matter where you live, if you’re a cyclist, triathlete, runner, or other endurance focused athlete, our endurance program is designed with your specific needs in mind.
WHAT DO I GET?
Our USA Triathlon and USA Cycling certified coach understands the unique needs and training volumes required to thrive as an endurance athlete, and each and every training plan is designed with an athlete-centered approach with regular testing and athlete-to-coach communication.
Your program will be designed for you weekly by your coach and will focus on your needs, goals, strengths, areas for improvement, and progression through previous programming. Our unique mobility and fitness assessment will help your coach pinpoint these areas and also determine sites of potential injury before they develop. Your coach will review your assessment and goals with you during your initial phone consultation.
Training plans are built weekly based on current progress, scheduling needs, and available time to train, and are delivered electronically to you in an easy-to-follow format.
We have combined our knowledge of strength and conditioning and endurance/multisport coaching to provide the ultimate training experience. We believe strongly in the research that shows that both sport-specific and strength training are important depending on the training cycle to prevent injury and maximize performance.
