ENDURANCE PACKAGE

Your program will be designed for you weekly by your coach and will focus on your needs, goals, strengths, areas for improvement, and progression through previous programming. Our unique mobility and fitness assessment will help your coach pinpoint these areas and also determine sites of potential injury before they develop.  Your coach will review your assessment and goals with you during your initial phone consultation.

We have combined our knowledge of strength and conditioning and endurance/multisport coaching to provide the ultimate training experience. We believe strongly in the research that shows that both sport-specific and strength training are important depending on the training cycle to prevent injury and maximize performance.

What you get with the Endurance package:

  • Strength and sport specific training plan delivered weekly via complimentary TrainingPeaks Premium account

  • Unlimited training file upload analysis/reviews

  • Unlimited text and email communication with your coach (reasonable response time)

  • One program schedule revision per week as needed for unforeseen interruptions

  • Weekly phone call/check in, as needed

  • Regular testing and progress analysis

  • Creation of annual training plan focused on your target races

  • Race-specific pacing plans developed by your coach
