For athletes who are ready to make the next jump in their athletic development, struggling with consistent nutrition that aligns with their goals, looking for accountability and support, or needing the tools to make healthy eating a sustainable lifestyle choice.


The Peak Performance nutrition package will start with an analysis of your daily intake. We are creatures of habit, so a 3 day snapshot historically gives an accurate picture of our overall diet - what kinds of food, how much, and when we're eating them will all play an important role in our sports performance. Your coach, a Licensed Primary Sports Nutritionist, will review 2 training days (or working days) and 1 rest day (or weekend day) to determine your overall habits. You'll review this intake diary analysis on your monthly 30-minute call with your coach.

Your sport requires specific muscles at specific speeds, which requires precise nutritional balance to get you to and keep you performing at your best level. Your targets need to be dialed in depending on what you would like to accomplish and when, so you and your coach will review your calculated calorie and macro targets each month based on your current phase of performance. You'll also dive more deeply into recommended macro and micro nutrient sources. These food sources will help you get the most out of your meals and snacks.

We believe that athletic performance goes way beyond "eat this, not that". Food psychology and how we arrange our environment plays a huge role in how we successful we are in reaching our nutrition goals. Your coach will help you review your pantry and the set up of your kitchen to make sure you're setting yourself up for success, not sabotage. 

Your coach will help you with a sample grocery list tailored to help you make weekly shopping a breeze and make sure you're always stocked with the fuel you need based on your preferences and individual requirements. Your coach will also send some sample recipes your way so that you won't have to guess at recipes that are good for YOU and your sport.

We'll help you stay on track with a weekly check-in through email. We all need someone to keep us accountable, help us brainstorm to get past roadblocks, and encourage us to keep working towards our goals. Your coach will be there for you through these weekly check-ins to make sure you stay on track in between your monthly phone calls!
