For those folks who just need some direction with their training, whether it be to accomplish a weight loss goal, a general lifestyle goal, or if you’re just looking to add a little fitness to your routine.
If you’re not that great with sticking to a schedule, being super self-motivated, tracking your progress towards your goal, or if you just need a little help getting the programming right, this plan is for you. The Lifestyle plan is also great for individuals who want the benefit of working consistently with a personal trainer, but don’t have the budget for in-person sessions on a regular basis.
WHAT DO I GET?
With the Lifestyle package, you’ll get a program designed for you weekly by your coach that focuses on your needs, goals, strengths, areas for improvement, and progression through previous programming. Our unique mobility and fitness assessment will help your coach pinpoint these areas and also determine sites of potential injury before they develop. Your coach will review your assessment and goals with you during your 30 min initial phone consultation.
Training plans are built weekly based on current progress, scheduling needs, and available time to train, and are delivered electronically to you in an easy-to-follow format. You will be able to see your outlined work-out, as well as videos walking you through each prescribed movement. You then can upload your results for your coach to review, as well as a video of you completing the exercise if feedback is desired. Your coach will review these uploads weekly and provide appropriate feedback electronically. As you progress through the program, we will re-assess your fitness and evaluate your progress and goals.
We also understand that schedules change, and your fitness plan may need modification. The Basic plan allows for one adjustment to your program per week after it has been created, and your coach will always get back to you within 48 hours if you have any questions.
