For those individuals who need to be held accountable, but also need flexibility in their schedule.

With the ever-increasing requirements of hectic day-to-day schedules, accountability is key in order to keep your health and fitness goals on track, and flexibility in your fitness programming allows us to keep it relevant to your current scheduling needs.


With the Elite package, you’ll not only get unlimited follow-up from your coach, but you’ll also receive an awesome program designed for you weekly by your coach that focuses on your needs, goals, strengths, areas for improvement, and progression through previous programming.  Our unique mobility and fitness assessment will help your coach pinpoint these areas and also determine sites of potential injury before they develop.  Your coach will review your assessment and goals with you during your 30 min initial phone consultation.

Training plans are built weekly based on current progress, scheduling needs, and available time to train, and are delivered electronically to you in an easy-to-follow format.  You will be able to see your outlined work-out, as well as videos walking you through each prescribed movement.  You then can upload your results for your coach to review, as well as a video of you completing the exercise if feedback is desired.  Your coach will review these uploads daily and provide appropriate feedback electronically.  You’ll also be able to chat with your coach by phone once a month to ensure your progress is on track.  Every 6 weeks, we will re-assess your fitness and review your progress and goals.

We also understand that schedules change, and your fitness plan may need modification.  The Elite plan allows for two adjustments to your program each week after it has been created, and your coach will always get back to you the same day you reach out with questions.  As always, if you have upcoming plans, please let us know so that we can adjust your programming accordingly!
