WHY WHITE PINE ATHLETICS: I was drawn to how they take care of their athletes. It is important to research and understand who you are coaching and training, and I believe White Pine Athletics does that better than anyone. Being knowledgeable in this field is essential, and more people should get behind a well educated, talented trainer if they wish to get stronger.
TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF: I was raised in Portland, Oregon with a family that was heavily into fashion and art. For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to focus on creating. It stuck with me throughout college. I went to the Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland, majoring in illustration. It will forever be one of my biggest passions in life. When I was 25, I met my husband Austin. He introduced me to the outdoor lifestyle. The idea of getting away from the "real world" to refuel should be essential in everyone's life. Meeting him allowed me to get another passion and I will be forever grateful. We currently live in Utah and are expecting our first child in June.
WHAT DRIVES YOU AS AN ATHLETE: Passion and a small amount of perfectionism drives me as an athlete.

MENTORS: My parents will always and forever be my best mentors. Whether with life or art, they have taught me more than anyone has.
